PERSONALIZATION: After checkout, email me with your photo from which I will create your design. For best results, a high quality, clear photo should be provided. Please reference your order number in the subject line. I will happily provide a proof for you prior to production.

SIZE: 9" x 9" (Custom sizes are available.)

DESIGN: Multiple stain options are available for the frame, background is painted, design is done in vinyl, and sign is lightly sealed. Each sign is different, as no two pieces of wood are the same.

PRODUCTION: My production time is 3-5 days. This does not include shipping times.

If you need a rush order, please contact me and specify the requested date. I will do my best to accommodate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I gladly accept returns & exchanges within 5 days of delivery. No refunds or exchanges on personalized items. However, in the event there is a mistake on my behalf, I will replace the item with return of the original. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify me of any issues or errors.
